Russell Thompson from Sheffield looked after me from Cruise Routes. Whilst on holiday there was a problem with air traffic control on the return flight and very long delays. Russell sent me messages and kept me better informed than Jet2. He really cared and that is fantastic service in these automated days. I will definitely use this company again although Jet2 might not be my first choice anymore.

What can I say. Another holiday booked with the amazing and very patient Hayley. This time the booking was for my daughters hen in 2024. Hayley was helpful with the destinations, advice on tour operators, when booking for a hen party. I had not realised certain operators and hotels won’t allow hen or stag parties. She’s also gone the extra mile and checking additional information for us.
